Scope of Services. Through this Site, Casita del Glow markets and arranges Airbrush Tanning, Brazilian Tape Tan, Express Tanning, Spray Tan, Sunless Tanning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Site Content. Content displayed on https://casitadelglow.com is the property of Casita del Glow or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Account Closure. Casita del Glow reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Casita del Glow does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Damages. Casita del Glow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Casita del Glow from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of OK, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in OK.
